Payment Policy

This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia and aligned with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of RM1,000 per person is required upon booking to confirm participation.
For promotional packages (e.g. MATTA Fair, Early Bird), full or partial payment may be required upfront as specified in the promo.
Your booking will only be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received and acknowledged.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days before the scheduled departure date.
For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment must be made within 3 working days of booking confirmation.
3. Modes of Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash / MEPS (in-store)
Online bank transfer
Cheque (payable to Dhafir Holiday Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd)
Credit/Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard) – subject to 2.5% service charge
Online payment gateway (e.g. Stripe or FPX)
4. Late Payments
Failure to complete payment within the stated deadline will result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
No reminders are guaranteed. It is your responsibility to ensure all payments are completed by the due date.
5. Proof of Payment
Customers must email or WhatsApp proof of payment to our team for verification.
Your booking status will remain “pending” until payment is verified.
Payment reference must include the customer’s name and travel package.
6. Currency
All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments from international customers must account for exchange rate and transaction fees.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed under our Refund Policy.
Deposits are non-refundable except in limited cases (force majeure, company-initiated cancellations).
Partial payments are only refundable as stated in the refund structure.
8. Security & Online Transactions
We use secure SSL-encrypted payment gateways for all online transactions.
Dhafir Holiday will never request sensitive card information via email or messaging apps.
